Today, she brings this depth of knowledge into holistic living as the founder of La Botanique International — an Ayurvedic brand that bridges ancient botanical wisdom with modern science, nurturing body, mind, and spirit.
About Me
I’m Dr. Deeksha Mehtani — a scientist turned soulful entrepreneur. After spending more than 10 years immersed in molecular biology and life sciences research, my path evolved from the lab to the living world of Ayurveda and holistic wellness.
Inspired by the power of plants and the ancient science of healing, I founded La Botanique International, an Ayurvedic brand dedicated to creating natural, effective, and honest products. Guided by both evidence and intuition, my mission is to help people rediscover balance and beauty from within.
